Dear Penguin Luxury Passenger, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided during a recent ride from Burj Khalifa to Global Village. We were informed beforehand that the cost of the trip would be approximately 18 EUR (around 80-90 AED). The ride lasted no more than 20 minutes. However, when it came time to pay, we were shocked to discover that we were charged 425 AED. This is an unacceptable overcharge, and it feels like we were severely overcharged for a ride that was much shorter than expected. We feel that we have been taken advantage of and misled about the pricing. Such unethical practices are extremely disappointing, especially when traveling in a foreign country, and I request a full explanation and immediate action regarding this incident. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution to this matter.

Booked from UK and driver was so kind and today was picked up by same driver very kind Gentleman told us about Dubai thank you to the buisness owner always in contact via WhatsApp will Recommend to all my work colleagues to use this firm cars are clean and new
